We take an active interest in our staff working practices and ensure they hold current certificates for forklift use, manual handling, first-aid, and scaffolding proficiency as required to erect out hire equipment. Over the last year all staff have all attained their MUTA Structuresafe accreditations for on-site safety awareness. We maintain our hire equipment to ensure it meets its job specification time after time and our quality hire equipment is supported by full technical drawing and calculations.
Woodhouse are accredited members of the independent MUTAmarq Inspectorate site inspection scheme which:
- inspect marquee installations helping to ensure the safety of both marquee erectors and the general public.
- inspect marquee textiles to ensure compliance with UK Home Office flame retardancy recommendations and
- organise an accreditation card scheme for individual industry employees, ensuring that personnel in safety-critical positions have the required competencies.
